I Give In

I suppose I have put off writing in this for long enough. Plus, I have some time to spare, and what better way to spend it then telling everyone what they already know?!

I registered for classes at Owens last month. This week I changed them lol. I was gonna take business, but decided on photography. I'll actually enjoy classes this way. Aren't you all proud I'm going to school? My mother surely is. I think I had scared her into thinking I wasn't gonna go... she was close to a panic attack lol.

And what makes it all weird is that my little sister is going away to Kent. She finds it quite humorous that we'll both be starting school at the same time. I can do nothing but chuckle at her. I'm glad she's doing what she wants and not afraid to go after it. I'll help her move in and then I'll have somewhere else to escape to when the time calls for it. Kent is only a couple hours away... just far enough to actually feel like I'm "away" from Toledo. Lisa would agree with that, being it's the reason she picked it. So it'll be a good time. She's psyched, and I am for her.

I've been babysitting for my cousin off and on, reading a lot of books, went to Missouri last week for vacation, eating ice cream in bulk lol.... it's addicting when it's hot out! I've stayed busy despite the fact I really don't have a whole lot to do. I have prayer every morning at 7 in south toledo, and I normally come home and go back to bed, or start doing things and then realize I missed nap time completely and just drudge on through the day. How I make it on such little amounts of sleep at times is unknown to me. My dad is convinced I get it from him. What I am convinced I've gotten from him is allergies. And those are what's bugging the crap out of me lately. I couldn't sleep last night for the life of me. So annoying. But all in all, this summer has been fun, and I have got to spend a lot of time with friends and family.

I can't think of anything else at the moment. Other than good music lately... check out Rosie Thomas and Keri Noble, and Dana Glover. All are very... serene lol. They all do soundtracks for movies and tv series, so most of it is emotional girl stuff ... but I'm hooked at the moment. And if you want some of it, feel free to let me know, I'll send you some of their stuff.

Enjoy summer cause it'll be gone quick! I know I am. Thoroughly.
